InstallerMust be an experienced installer capable of handling one man installation jobs as well as leading a residential install crew. Must have positive attitude, be a team player, motivated to exceed, willing to train less experience installers, quick learner, respectful of fellow employees and management, and have good customer service skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and start jobs by yourself is essential. Service TechnicianMust have over three years experience in residential diagnostic work. Positive, teachable attitude is a must. Physical health and ability is important. Will be required to lift heavy equipment and work in hot attics. Good Interpersonal skills are essential. Need to be a team player, motivated to exceed, quick learner, respectful of fellow employees and management, and have good customer service skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and start jobs by yourself is essential. New GraduatesThe bar is set high for fresh graduates, as well, but so are the rewards!
