Federal Super High Efficiency Tax Credit Rebate
This program was brought back and expanded in 2009 and expires at the end of 2010. This program only applies to super high efficiency product: Air Conditioning 16+ SEER and 13+ EER, advanced technology furnaces, super efficiency gas furnaces, and attic insulation upgrades. These products all use advanced technology to give you the biggest bang for your energy dollar with the highest rebates of up to $1,500.

Texas “Once in a Lifetime” High Efficiency Appliance Rebate
Let’s face it, as much as we love Texas it isn’t a welfare state and is not prone to incentives for Green/Energy Efficiency Products. However, for 10 days only (April ) Texas is offering rebates of up to $1,075 for qualifying High Efficiency Air Conditioning Products. These rebates do not require you to buy the highest efficiencies with the latest technology with qualifying equipment starting at 14.5+ SEER and 12 EER. Manufacturer’s Rebates
Many manufacturers are offering additional high efficiency equipment rebates to compliment governmental rebates. These rebates start at $600 for 15 SEER+ product. For more information on upgrading to a high efficiency system and all applicable rebates schedule (link to online scheduling) a no-cost consultation with one of our energy specialists. Systems must be installed March - June 2010.
